Who We Are

THE HUBRIS WAY

Formed in 2014, we are privately owned and widely gaining recognition among UAE's leading companies in the industrial and distribution sector.


We have built our commanding position in these markets through an absolute commitment to ever improving quality, both of our products and our service. We call this the Hubris Way.

Health and safety policy

We are committed to protecting the health, safety and well-being of our employees and others involved in our activities. We expect everyone to work in a safe and controlled manner and to return home to their families and loved ones at the end of the working day.


We have proven this commitment through the involvement of all our employees and those associated with us in creating a positive health and safety culture within our business

Our goal is to record ZERO incidents. We consistently invest in training our people in all matters of health and safety awareness and best practices, in the continual expectation of achieving and maintaining this goal.

Quality policy

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. HUBRIS is committed to continually improving performance and to providing products and services of appropriate quality to meet the needs and expectations of its customers and regulatory requirements.


We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

  • regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
  • a customer complaints procedure
  • selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
  • training and development for our employees
  • regular audit of our internal processes
  • measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
  • management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints


This policy commitment will be subject to periodic review for continuing suitability.
